Receiving and downloading a sale pack
This guide is for a solicitor, buyer or other recipient given a sale-pack link by the association. The link opens a read-only pack while access remains active; it does not provide access to the association workspace.
Open and check the pack
- Open the complete link supplied by the committee or its authorised contact.
- Check the association, unit and parties shown.
- Review Version, Issued and the list of Included documents.
- Read the supplied answers and notes before downloading.
If the unit, parties or version do not match the request, contact the sender before relying on the contents. Keep the link private and use a trusted device.
Download the documents
Choose Download ZIP. The button shows Preparing ZIP... while the download is being prepared. Save the file, open it and check that the expected documents are included.
The downloaded pack is a copy of the supplied version. It will not update when the committee changes its live records. Keep the version and issue date with any correspondence about the pack.
The link does not open
Use the original complete link rather than copying an abbreviated version. If the page says the link is invalid or no longer available, ask the sender to check it and provide a fresh link where appropriate. It may have expired or been revoked.
Do not create an association account to work around a failed link. The sender manages external access to this pack.
The download fails or information is missing
If Download failed appears, note the error and retry when appropriate. If it persists, tell the sender or product support the approximate time and error wording, without including the private access link.
For missing documents, outdated answers or questions about the transaction, contact the committee or the person who supplied the pack. The recipient page is read-only; ask them to record the enquiry and supply an updated version if needed.
