Profile, security, notifications and data exports

Use Profile to manage your identity and preferences. Some tabs affect only you; Association, Company and Subscription settings can affect the whole workspace and may require extra permission.

Personal profile

Check your name, phone number and avatar. Contact-sharing controls determine whether other permitted members can see your email address or phone number. Only share details you are comfortable making available for association use. Committee members' contact details are always visible to residents in the workspace so the elected committee can be contacted; those switches are therefore locked while the committee role applies.

Changing profile information does not move you to another unit or change your committee role. Those changes belong in People.

Security

In Profile > Security, you may be able to review:

  • connected sign-in accounts;
  • two-factor authentication devices;
  • currently signed-in devices;
  • your password; and
  • your email address.

Use two-factor authentication where available. Remove devices and sessions you do not recognise, and sign out on shared computers. Never share a password, one-time code or invitation token with support or another resident.

An email change can affect how you sign in and receive notices. Complete the verification flow before closing the old mailbox.

Notification preferences

Choose in-app notifications and instant, digest or off email for Meetings, Communication, Building, Financial, Calendar and Admin categories. Important notices may still be emailed when a routine category is off.

Notification preferences do not change your permission to see a record. They only change how permitted updates reach you.

If an expected email is missing, check the category's delivery setting, your account email address and your spam folder. A daily digest will not arrive at the same time as an instant notification. Also check the original record in the app to confirm that the update is available to you.

Data exports

Use Profile > Export to download association data available to your role. Possible exports include people, meetings, works, events, communications, financial records and document bundles.

Locked export cards mean your current access does not include that data. Ask an association administrator if the export is genuinely needed; do not ask another user to download sensitive data on your behalf without authorisation.

Exports are point-in-time files. Store them securely, restrict who receives them and delete unnecessary local copies when the handover or review is complete.
